Chloe is a warm and kind teacher with over 15 years of personal practice and 5 years teaching. Chloe is a paediatric registered nurse, mother to her 2 year old daughter and kept busy working towards her diploma in Remedial Massage.
She blends her love and passion of yoga with her scientific knowledge of the body to create calming yet invigorating classes for her students.
Chloe’s passion is providing women with space and movements that allow them to feel calm and at peace within themselves, regardless of what is happening in their external worlds.
Understanding the emotional and physical demands that pregnancy, birth and beyond have on a women’s body coupled with the juggle of daily life means Chloe’s classes are tailored to the busy mum and women of Newcastle. Chloe’s classes are inclusive, relaxed and fun!
YIN
After a hectic day, the body and mind can be fragmented. The nervous system is in overdrive and it can be hard to find sleep or release. Our tanks are empty.
Yin classes can be a much needed antidote to this fast paced life. Yin classes are made up of a series of floor poses that are held for 3 – 5 minutes and focus on tuning in to the breath and mind to find a sense of release and ease. You will leave a yin class feeling refreshed, reconnected to your self and with a renewed sense of calm. Appropriate for all bodies and levels.

FLOW
What better way to start your day than with an energising and fun yoga class. The vinyasa style of yoga allows students to flow from one pose to the next with their breath. Classes will include strengthening standing poses, enlivening heart opens poses, playful arm and hand balances (modified to every level), soothing forward folds and purifying twists. Classes will be slow paced with just enough of a challenge to get the blood pumping and you ready to face your day ahead.
