Classes

Boxing and Strength

Our Signature class, split in to lower/upper and full body focussed days. Spend half your time smashing out combos on the bag and half the session getting stuck into some awesome strength work using dumbbells, bodyweight and bands!

Mums n Bubs

Strength workout using dumbbells, bodyweight and bands, with a focus on building strength post-partum. Targeting those core areas needed to be a strong mum.

Strength and Conditioning

This is our Super strength focussed class. A mix of strength, using barbells, dumbbells, bands and bodyweight (no boxing)

The last part of the class is spent working on heart health by focussing on higher intensity conditioning

Yoga

Choose between evening Yin yoga or a morning flow class to end or stgart your day in the perfect mood, run by our resident yoga instructor Chloe Glendenning
