Our boutique gym is a place for women to unleash the strongest and most powerful version of themselves. We offer a variety of sessions, boxing and strength, strength and conditioning, mums n bubs and yoga. Small class sizes, all fitness levels, dirty beats, and an endorphin high that’ll have you feeling amazing!

Strap up for our classic boxing and strength class, where you will mix rounds on the bag and strength work on the floor that will leave you feeling like a boss
Our strength and conditioning classes focus on getting strong through all movement patterns, building functional strength in a sustainable way with some cardio for good measure
Our Semi-private PTs are 1-4 people if you're looking for a more personalised program
Our mums n bubs classes are a mix of outdoor and indoor where we focus on returning to exercise post-partum and getting strong.
ABOUT US
Hi, we’re Nat & Lawrence, the husband and wife team behind BOX. Our family motto is ‘smash the day’, and that’s the feeling we want you to leave BOX with; a rush of endorphins and the confidence to smash out whatever your day has in store.

When ​we moved to Newcastle from London, we couldn't find an exercise class that matched the raw energy and grit that we had come to love. So we decided to create the experience ourselves.
